Hotel

"Timan House" is a four-story cottage constructed of rock and wood.

At the guests' disposal there are:

• 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms equipped with WC, shower, and all year around hot water supply;
• a cozy sitting room with fireplace, sauna.

It is possible to rent the entire cottage regardless the number of visitors. Upon request guests are offered full board (breakfast, lunch and dinner). Breakfast is included in the accommodation charges. Time for breakfast, lunch and dinner is set up by guests (meals are provided specially for you). At any time you can order coffee, tea, beverages and appetizers.

Unique cuisine is an undoubtful speciality of "Timan House". It consists of old and contemporary recipes satisfying diversity and variety of tastes. The same dish is never offered twice unless specifically asked for.

"Timan House " hotel is a convenient place for business negotiations. Quietness and confidentiality is guaranteed. For negotiation period the hotel maybe turned into your head-quarters.

We shall be also glad to arrange dinner for your friends. We serve receptions, business lunches, dinners and buffets. We have been in business for almost 10 years. The hotel's management policy in respect to guests' treatment has contributed to its long and stable operation. We collaborate only with legal entities and upon recommendations. That is why we are always sure that our guests are the people with a good standing. During the years of staying in business we have collected many "Thank you" notes from prominent actors, art directors, businessmen and politicians. Anybody, who, at least, once has visited our hotel, prefers to stay with us.
