Timin's article "Pushkin in the Komi literature" where the author researches in details the impact of poet's creative work on the formation of the Komi poetry. The authors tells about the translations of Pushkin's works to the Komi language. According to Timin these translations affected greatly on the formation of poetical consciousness. It is not by chance that translation of Russian poet's works was an important part of Kuratov's creative activity. An article written by I. Vorontzova is devoted to the opening of a Pushkin's monument in Uhta. It is a common knowledge that Uhta, a former Chibju settlement, was one of the GULAG centers. N.A. In 1937 in connection with 100th anniversary of Pushkin's death Bruni was ordered to create a poet's sculpture. In a year the artist was executed by shooting. Artists of Uhta restored the sculpture and cast it in bronze in connection with 200th anniversary of poet's birth. V. Ztyvunin in an article called "Pushkin: the last maturity of the poet" offers his specific form of reading of the Russian genius's verses. V.Byzova in her article acquaints readers with little known facts of celebrating the 100th anniversary of I.A. Kuratov's birth. Letters of Kuratov, his nephew, and A.S. Sidorov (he prepared the first poet's verse collection) are published for the first time. Readers also can get acquaintance with new translations of I.A. Kuratov's works to the Russian language. A section "Prose. Poetry" starts with narrative "Trip from a childhood country" written by a new author of "Art" V. Anufriev. And a reader breathes with this atmosphere from the first page to the last one. Prose is also presented by translation to the Komi language of a shortened version of a novel "A joy song" written by the Estonian literature classic Karl Ristikivi. It is the first translation experience of young but well-known Komi poetess E. Eitzova. Russian poetry is presented by verse selection of I. Vavilov, Komi poetry - by verses of V. Karmanova. In a section "Kuratov studying" a reader will find new research of I.A. Kuratov's life.
